As a mother herself, Almitra believes our community can only be as healthy & prosperous as its members and the quality of their relationships with each other and themselves.
My goal is to share with women the state of zen and grace of their own power,” said Karastan. I show them that they can be strong and vulnerable at the same time. Their confidence level increases the first week and they feel good in their bodies. Their muscles start to feel tighter and their relationships start to change — with themselves and everybody around them.

Laura J. Hall
Hiphop Dance Instructor & Master Choregrapher
Laura was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. Laura started dancing when she was 4 years old in tap and jazz. Over the years, she was also trained in ballet and other specialty styles like musical theater, contemporary, tap, hip hop and Latin styles. Throughout her teen years, Laura competed in dance competitions in Australia and was captain of her team when she was 17. After leaving high school, Laura became a dance teacher at two dance schools as she also completed her university degree. She was part of a dance company who performed at different venues, openings and functions throughout Sydney. After traveling for the last 6 years with her husband, Laura and her family now live in Kona. Laura is a full time Mom but still has her heart and passion for dance. Through out her many years of training, competing and teaching Laura has fallen in love with a style most commonly known as commercial jazz. This style is mostly seen in music videos and popular dance clips - it is a beautiful blend of jazz (posture and technique), hip hop and funk. This style requires a lot of isolations, understanding of your body angles and rhythm.
I am passionate about the joy and life dance brings to peoples lives!
